This policy explains how INTEGRITY PLUMBING AND DRAIN, INC(“Integritydrain”, “we”) handles personal data for the Integritydrain AI Utility Log, an online-only digital service. We aim to align with the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Data we collect

Account data: email address and authentication details when you register.
Workspace content: the notes you type into the tool (room, observation, timeline, photo descriptions, questions).
Billing data: subscription status and plan. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: basic logs and analytics needed to run and secure the service.

AI processing

The text you enter into the workspace may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate your record. Do not enter sensitive personal data, payment card numbers, passwords or other credentials.

How we use data

To generate and display your maintenance records.
To operate subscriptions, credits and billing.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To secure the service and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your workspace content for advertising.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests in running the service securely, with your consent where required, and to comply with the law.

Retention

We keep account and record data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for legal, tax and security purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and you may object to certain processing. California residents have rights to know, delete and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). To exercise any right, email support@integritydrain.shop.

International transfers & security

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method is completely secure.
